About This Role
We are seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to join our growing team of technologists working on next-generation defense applications. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and AI systems that directly support national security missions. This role offers the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art technologies while making a meaningful impact on defense readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning and AI development
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns
- Experience with MLOps and model deployment in production environments
Responsibilities
- Design and implement machine learning models for defense applications
- Build and maintain data pipelines for large-scale data processing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions
- Optimize model performance and ensure scalability
- Maintain documentation and conduct code reviews
